We all at La Luce are very well aware of, that quality, fast and reliable transportation is important to our customers and therefore we rely on DHL, DPD..

The exact shipping cost for your order for all other countries, you will find on our page after adding a product into the shopping cart, where we have placed the calculation of postage, displayed after you enter the shipping country and postal code.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Delivery time: usually within 3 days in EU, 5 days for the rest of the world.

Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order.

Before taking over the goods from Delivery Company please check whether the packaging is intact, in case of any discrepancy please do not accept the goods. Checking the functionality of the product on the site is not possible.

We do not charge for packing.
